Come play with clay in our pendant light shade hand-building class. In this hands-on session, you will shape your own unique lamp shade from clay and paint the exterior with your choice of colours and designs. All materials and hardware are included, so when you pick up your finished piece, it’s ready to hang and brighten any space. Join us to craft a functional work of art that reflects your personal style.

This is a hand building workshop

Spots are $110 + hst per person ($124.30)

What’s included

  • One lamp shade including hardware

  • Instruction, clay, tools, and aprons provided

  • Class time is inclusive of the last 15 minutes for clean-up.

  • Underglazes will be available for decoration.

  • Projects will be glazed and fired in a clear glossy glaze and ready for pick up in up to 8 weeks.

  • Please wear clothing you’re not worried about getting messy because you will absolutely get clay on yourself.

Our courses are for ages 18+

Due to limited space in classes and the volume of classes we offer, we do not offer refunds.

Workshops are filled on a first come - first served basis and we do not hold wait lists
